Make pasta dough.

Mix duck confit (purchased from Regalisfoods) with parmesan and black pepper.

Fill duck confit into pasta dough and make tortelli piacentini shapes.

You store bought or make your own tomato sauce. I’m using green jade tomatoes from Girldugfarms, but you can use any tomatoes. Blend it then filter the seeds. With top quality produce, I didn’t even need to cook it.

Cook pasta in salted water for about 3-4min.
